but can't +Google in our own posts.
Even when we search google, Google is not listed in the drop down list.

Not sure this is some feature - Some users/business owners can disallow user to + them.?

G+ should design some feature to help business owners to manage mentions/comments
Category them into different labels

G+ Wanted: Able to create post anywhere

Some times we want to create a new post when we read friend's posts in G+
- Now we have to go to my home page, it would be great if we can create a post anywhere in web or mobile app.

G+ can add a create post button at top right.
At least in G+ web site, G+ can do this.

InfoQ Video Mobile App Feature Wanted - Able to Download the video when watch it

InfoVideos is still in early stage(It doesn't support a lot of features: such as search, login etc.), but already quite useful. - now we can download videos to mobile and watch them later.

One feature I really want is that: able to download the video when watch it.
Why?
User case:
User find one good video in desktop, and want to download it to his/her phone, now user can add the video into reading list;
Login to mobile web in his/her phone.
Go to reading list, click the video, and select open it with InfoQ Video.
This will open the video in the mobile app - now user want to download it.
But there is no way.

It would be great if user can just download it when watch the video.
-- also this is easy to implement.
